Fractional Technology is the latest breakthrough
in aesthetic-dermatology.
ProFrax Laser Treatment (PFLT) is a
new approach to treating damaged skin.
It smoothes fine lines and wrinkles on
the face, including around the eyes. It
reduces sun damage, improves texture
and tone of the skin, fades brown spots,
sun spots and pigmentation on the face,
neck, chest, back, forearms and hands.
Patients want the low downtime and
safety of non-ablative treatment with
results that are closer to traditional
resurfacing
— now you can bridge the gap between
patient expectations and clinical results
with PFLT.
INDICATIONS:
Acne Scar
Melasma
Dyschromia
Wrinkles
Tightening
Pigmentation
Surgical Scar
Skin Resurfacing
Rejuvenation
By carefully choosing the volume of skin left untreated, practitioners tailor treatments to the indication and patient’s tolerance of downtime. Only the ProFrax-1545 gives you the flexibility to leave 95% to 0% of tissue intact.

ProFrax-1545 creates Micro Thermal Dots to treat the skin the fractional way.
 HOW DOES IT WORK?
ProFrax Laser Treatment (PFLT) produces tiny microscopic sites of thermal impact separated by areas of unaffected, healthy tissue. Each treated spot, called a Micro Thermal Dots (MTD), stimulates the body's own natural production of new collagen in the dermis and eliminates old epidermal pigmented cells on the skin's surface. The spared healthy tissue contains viable cells that promote rapid healing of the outer skin layers. Since only 20% of the skin is treated by the laser on each visit, there is speedy healing and minimal downtime.
BENEFITS of ProFrax Laser Treatment (PFLT):
1- Improve texture, tone and pore size
2- Erase unwanted brown spots
3- Smooth wrinkles around the eyes and acne scars
4- Rejuvenate your neck, chest and hands
There is simply nothing else like it for improving the appearance of your skin, it gives a dramatic result giving you a renewed sense of confidence with a minimal downtime and direct noticeable improvement.
Increased Comfort – The fractional array of microbeams does not cause bulk damage as traditional ablative treatments do but instead cause small areas of damage each surrounded by undamaged tissue. As a result, fractional treatments are a much gentler laser treatment. Many patients tolerate the treatment well without anesthesia; other patients may opt for a light topical anesthetic.
Increased Safety – Following a fractional ablative procedure, each tiny fractional column re-epithelializes (i.e., regrows the missing tissue and closes over) typically within one day. This minimizes the risk of scarring, infection, or long-term pigmentation changes.
Decreased Downtime – Depending on the type of procedure, most fractional patients can return to normal daily activities almost immediately (for fractional non-ablative treatments) or typically within 4 days (for fractional ablative treatments).
